AIkuri Pork Sausage is a British style “all pork” sausage. Well balanced, subtle flavours of black pepper, parsley, coriander and thyme with a hint of sage.

Made with natural pork casing, Finnish meat, is gluten free, is lactose free, does not contain any milk products, does not contain any egg products, does not contain any preservatives, does not contain any MSG, does not contain any nitrates, does not contain any nitrites.

Thick sausages are supplied in packs of 4 sausages weighing approximately 400g.

This sausage is great served as a breakfast sausage. I highly recommend this sausage served with a full English breakfast of fried eggs, bacon, grilled/fried tomato, toast and baked beans.

This sausage is great for cooking on the BBQ.

Excellent with beer, cider or wine. Wine recmmendation, Redwine, Zinfandel or Beaujolais.
