Biltong Spread Ingredients:
125g cream cheese with chives
30ml Mayonaise
30ml Lemon juice
30ml Chopped parsley
60g Grated Biltong
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
Some Serving Suggestions:
a) Spread the spread onto sliced bread and eat as a snack.
b) Spread the spread onto a slice of bread. Place another slice of bread on top. Toast in a sandwich toaster.
c) Spread the spread on to sliced bread and garnish with thin slices of cucumber/gherkins and olives
