Made with beef and pork meat, this traditional South African sausage is a nice tasty sausage that is ideal for summer barbecues. Boerewors is flavoured with salt, coriander, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic, thyme, cloves, nutmeg.

Made with natural pork casing, Finnish meat, is gluten free, is lactose free, does not contain any milk products, does not contain any egg products, does not contain any preservatives, does not contain any MSG, does not contain any nitrates, does not contain any nitrites.

How Boerewors is made and what it may contain is protected by law in South Africa. Sausages Finland’s Boererwors is 100% compliant with this law.

One pack weighs approximately 500g.

This sausage is ideal for cooking on a barbecue. It is also well suited to pan frying, griddle cooking, oven grilling or electric grills.

Excellent with beer, cider or wine. Wine recommendation, Cinsaut or Grenache, serve slightly chilled.
