Ikuri Cajun Sausage is a simple, well balanced, smoke flavoured, “all pork”, Cajun style, Andouille sausage, flavoured with black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme and fresh garlic.
Andouille sausage originated in France and is now an integral part of Louisiana Cajun cuisine.
Made with natural pork casing, Finnish meat, is gluten free, is lactose free, does not contain any milk products, does not contain any egg products, does not contain any preservatives, does not contain any MSG, does not contain any nitrates, does not contain any nitrites.
These sausages are supplied in packs of 4 ±100g sausages weighing approximately 400g.
