Description
Biltong is made using beef and is air dried and spiced using a traditional recipe handed down through our family for six generations.
Flavoured with salt, pepper, corriander, and a few other secret spices.
This product is made with Finnish meat, is gluten free, lactose free, contains no dairy products and contains no egg .
The product is dried to about 60% of the original meat weight i.e. 1kg of meat = 0.6kgs of Dried Beef/Biltong
No chemical preservatives are used.
An excellent high protein snack for hikers, campers, body builders. Biltong is light and easy to carry in a backpack or side pouch. It can be sliced and added together with noodles or other dried foods used by hikers and campers.
Make a salad with a difference. Add thinly sliced or grated biltong to your salad as a garnish or mix it in with the salad.
Thinly sliced biltong is excellent to eat as a snack. Excellent when paired with beer or red wine.
