- Products are picked up from our factory at Kolmihaarankatu 9C1, 33330 Tampere.
- We deliver to Tampere and closely surrounding areas of Tampere by arrangement. Please indicate in the order notes if delivery is required and we will contact you to discuss this.
- We deliver orders of over €40 for free in the Tampere municipal area.
- For purchases under €40 a €15 delivery fee will be charged in Tampere municipal area.
- Forsome cities, we offer a delivery service using Matkahiolto. The delivery is overnight to most large cities. You will need to collect the package from the Matkahuolto logisics centre in your city. The basic cost for Matkahuolto delivery is an EXPRESS DELIVERY fee of €20 plus the cost according to the size of the package. The maximum weight is 30kg. Matkahuolto prices
- There will be extra costs for styrox cooler boxes and ice packs. Ask for more information.
- The cost of the product displayed in the basket and check out pages when you place your order is approximate. Our products are hand made and the weight of the product packages vary slightly from package to package.
- You will be charged according to the exact weight of the products that are delivered to you. We try our best to deliver your products as close as possible to the weight and price displayed when you order.
