This is a thick sausage.

Made with natural pork casing, Finnish meat, is gluten free, is lactose free, does not contain any milk products, does not contain any egg products, does not contain any preservatives, does not contain any MSG, does not contain any nitrates, does not contain any nitrites.

Sold in packs of 5pcs ± 64g sausages weighing approximately 320g.

The chorizo sausage is a wonderful hot dog sausage.

Serve as part of a sausage platter – Chorizo Fresco Picante, Ikuri Sauna Sausage, Ikuri Spicy Sauna Sausage and thin Boerewors  accompanied by mashed or boiled potato, and salad or only salad and our wonderful chutney on the side.

Excellent with beer, cider or wine.
