These sausages are supplied in packs of 5 sausages. One pack weighs approximately 320g.
This sausage is great served as a breakfast sausage. I highly recommend thin sauna sausage served with a full English breakfast of fried eggs, bacon, grilled/fried tomato, toast and baked beans.
Well suited to cooking on the sauna kiuas. Wrap the sausages in aluminium foil and place the package on the kiuas to cook. Turn the package every now and again. When you have finished your sauna the sausage is ready to eat.
Excellent with beer, cider or wine.
