A simple, well balanced, smoke flavoured, “all pork”, Cajun style, Andouille sausage, flavoured with black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme and fresh garlic. Andouille sausage originated in France and is now an integral part of Louisiana Cajun cuisine.
This is a thin sausage (nakki). Easy to cook.
This product is made with natural lamb casings, Finnish meat, is gluten free, lactose free, contains no dairy products, contains no egg, contains no preservatives.
